The parents, teachers and staff of Meadow View School partner together to provide students with additional educational opportunities, encourage school spirit and give back to staff and students.
Greetings, Wolf Pack!
This week, we are starting our Nothing Bundt Cakes fundraiser! If you've ever had bundt cakes from our local store, you know they are so yummy and a great option for all occasions—birthdays, holidays, and teacher appreciation gifts! (Our family likes to buy Bundtini dozen vouchers to use for our kids' birthday parties!) These will be the same product as what sold out so quickly at last Fall's Movie Night. Please check backpacks for brochures and order forms.
We will offer VOUCHERS redeemable only at the Valley River store for one year from purchase. They come in many sizes and flavors, plus there is always a gluten-free option. You just take your voucher to the store to pick and choose which flavors you want from the case. The best news is Meadow View receives 30% of the total sold!! Please encourage your students to ask friends, family, and neighbors if they would like to support our cause.
The fundraiser ends January 24th at which point order forms AND full payment are due. The following week, vouchers will be sent home with students for you to distribute to your buyers.
Please make checks payable to Meadow View PTO.
Thank you! <3 PTO

At the heart of our organization lies a commitment to purpose, guided by a clear mission, an inspiring vision for the future, and core values that define who we are and drive everything we do.
Art Walk- The Art Walk event was created to bring families together to highlight the beautiful art our students love to create, while also collecting donations to be used by teachers to purchase future classroom art supplies. Art from Kindergarten students through 8th grade will be mounted and hung in the halls for all to admire!
Jog-a-thon- Jog-a-thon is a great way for students to have a blast together while getting exercise and raising money for our school! Each kiddo has 25 minutes to complete as many laps around our track as possible. Friends and family pledge a flat amount or per lap completed and all proceeds go to support PTO-sponsored events and initiatives. Families, younger siblings, and other students are invited out to the track to cheer everyone on!
Monster Mash- Put on your costumes and join us for a night of spooky games, food, and dancing! There will be a free photo booth, balloon animals, and face painting in addition to glow toys and snacks for purchase.
Spring Carnival- All Meadow View families are invited to join us on the back lawn to celebrate the end of the school year and return of warmer weather with food trucks, carnival games, inflatables, spray-in hair color & tattoos, and the water play table!
Walk & Roll- Kids and families are encouraged to skip the car and instead walk, bike, or roll to school. Visit one of four tables set up outside to receive a free small gift and enter the raffle to win some great larger prizes! This event occurs once in the fall and again in the spring.
Movie Night- Bring your chairs and blankets and join us for a family movie under the stars on the back lawn!
Read-a-thon- This fundraiser asks students to choose a reading goal that suits them which friends and family can support. They may pay a certain amount per page or chapter read, timed goal met, or even book completed! All participants are entered into a raffle for a chance to win the ability to be librarian for the day! Proceeds will be used to pay for Meadow View's OBOB and Scholastic News programs, with any surplus going towards buying new books for both libraries.
